The Great British Care Awards are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The aim of the awards is to:
- Promote best practice within the care sector.
- Pay tribute to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence in their field of work.
There are 18 awards categories representing all areas of residential care and home care. The winners from the regional awards will be invited to attend the national events – the National Home Care Awards or the National Care Home Awards which will take place in 2010.
