SupportingPeopleManager - Introduction
What is SupportingPeopleManager?
SupportingPeopleManager is the dedicated software for Supporting People service providers. It is designed to assist housing related support providers including sheltered housing, shared ownership, night shelters, foyers, refuges and support-only to administer their provision more effectively and to meet the requirements of Government in relation to recording details for statistical and information returns.

Local Authority Data
Completes Quarterly and Yearly returns Report functionality from data stored within Supported Housing Manager. The reports can be distributed electronically or printed signed and dispatched by post.
Contract Details
Holds details of the contract and is compliant with the requirement of Supporting People and contract returns. This removes the need to keep additional paper files.
Contract and Staff Hours Management
The software offers the facility of monitoring contract information against staff details and hours for contract performance.
Time Sheet Management
The software offers the functionality of managing staff, weekly staff hours, offering timesheet management for contract compliance.
Resident Statistical Data
Statistical data is stored for current and historical, notes are entered under Categories within the personal development plan. Within each category the user can define the heading Types. Each event type can be ‘designed’ by the user to include a number of features such as a review date or an expiry date.
Reports can be produced showing selected history, items to be reviewed and items expiring.
This ensures that appropriate historical notes are maintained that can be retrieved in a helpful way.
Support only contracts
The software offers the functionality to monitor floating support and support only contracts, to facilitate time spent with a client.
Complaint Logging
The software will record details of complaints received and enable reports on the incidence of complaints to be produced.
National Data Collection
Supported Housing Manager interfaces to the Client Record Form and Core Forms; the forms can then be printed or distributed electronically from data stored in the software.
Remote Site Connectivity
An organisation preferring to operate branches as self-contained units, may want to centralise the data at Head Office for administration and rent management. They may also want to have data centrally for security purposes.
