Training – maximise software utilisation

HET Software recognises and understands the value of structured training to help our customers get the maximum benefit from using our software systems.

Our training is carefully structured. Every software installation includes training at your offices. Our objective is to give your staff the knowledge, skill and practice they need to use the software with confidence and help your business be more effective.

  • 'Sign off' documentation is used to prove that staff have achieved competence in specific training areas
  • Refresher training is available at an additional cost
  • Training is best provided for groups of four or less, extra training can be planned where staff numbers are greater. In some cases, the training can be tailored to specific job functions
  • HET Software has a team of full-time specialist trainers based regionally around the UK.
